Terms for merchants using NudgeClip to manage Shopify-hosted floating product videos.

These Terms of Service describe the rules for using NudgeClip, a Shopify app that helps merchants add Shopify-hosted floating product videos to storefront product pages.
By installing or using NudgeClip, you agree to these terms.
Use of service
You may use NudgeClip to upload or choose Shopify Files videos, assign videos to products, and manage storefront widget settings for your Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify account, theme, and store configuration.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use NudgeClip in a way that violates applicable law or Shopify platform rules.
Merchant content responsibility
You are responsible for the videos, product information, images, text, and other content you upload, select, assign, or display through NudgeClip. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content on your storefront.
NudgeClip may remove or restrict access to content or app usage if required for legal, security, or platform compliance reasons.
No sales or conversion claims
NudgeClip provides tools for displaying product videos. We do not promise or guarantee sales, conversion, traffic, revenue, ranking, or business results from using the app.
Availability and disclaimer
NudgeClip is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, Shopify platform behavior, hosting providers, browser changes, theme customizations, or events outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NudgeClip is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NudgeClip and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to service or terms
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of NudgeClip as the product evolves. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
