Open your Shopify theme customizer, go to App embeds, enable the NudgeClip storefront app embed, and save the theme. After that, the widget can appear on supported product pages when a product has video settings.
Open a product in Shopify Admin, use the NudgeClip product video controls, then upload a video or choose an existing video from Shopify Files. Save the product settings when you are done.
Check that the storefront app embed is enabled, the product has a video assigned, the video is available in Shopify Files, and the desktop or mobile visibility setting matches the device you are viewing.
